Mount Joy Church of God, currently under construction, consists of demolition, rehabilitation, and new construction of 5,568 square feet to enlarge the existing sanctuary and provide additional youth area. Working with Nauman Construction of Lancaster County, D.C. Gohn Associates, Inc. provided the survey and site and civil engineering for the project as well as Local and County reviews. 

A major concern on this existing site was the ability to provide the required storm water management as required by the Municipal Ordinance. The limited space on the project site required that an underground piped storm water system be constructed with discharge to Penn Dot storm facilities.
