West Ridge Estates consists of 111 single family homes on 68.8 acres of land in West Donegal Township. This residential development constructed in three phases required the extension of water service from Elizabethtown Borough. This was the first that areas of West Donegal Township were served with public water supplied by Elizabethtown Borough.

This is a very attractive residential development set in a more rural area of West Donegal Township with good access to Elizabethtown Borough. Several major roadways provide access to the site, Route 743 and Route 241.

D. C. Gohn Associates, Inc. provided for the design of streets, utilities, storm water, erosion control, municipal, county, and state approvals required to complete this project.
