Turkey Hill Dairy, Inc.
River Road, Manor Township, Pennsylvania
This project was undertaken for Turkey Hill Diary, Inc. in two phases. Phase One, which is complete, was the construction of a 24,500 square foot ice cream freezer, additional dock area, new employee facilities, and a new parking area. Phase Two, which is currently under construction, was the expansion of the existing beverage plant, new receiving bays, fueling station, was bay, and scale. New and relocated employee parking areas, as well as an improved access to River Road were also part of the design. Working with Facilities Design, Inc., the project architect, D. C. Gohn Associates, Inc. provided Site Survey with field data gathering and aerial photography, Civil Engineering, and Landscape Design. New site access for site control of vendors and employees, parking lots, and truck storage and dock areas were an important part of this phase of the project. New site utilities, water, sewer, gas, process and plant waste lines, as well as coordination of a new pumping station and sewer plant expansion were also part of the services that we provided. We also provided stake out of the design for construction as well as management and municipal review attendance and response to those reviews.
