The Hicks/Whitmoyer Partnership project consisted of the expansion and upgrade of the existing Whitmoyer Automobile  Dealership. Located on a five acre property in Mount Joy the existing facility has been renovated and expanded to better serve their Chevrolet customers and provide service for the new Ford customers. A new Ford showroom has been constructed to the west of the existing Chevrolet dealership. Additionally, a new storm water management/BMP facility has been designed and constructed as well as improvements to the project's frontage, a new Penn D.O.T. approved low volume driveway, curbs, and sidewalks.

D.C. Gohn Associates, Inc. provided for the numerous approvals required to make this project a reality. They included Mount Joy Borough, Lancaster County Conservation District, Lancaster County Planning Commission (L.C.P.C.), Department of Environmental Protection (D.E.P.), and Penn D.O.T..
